Terms of Service
These terms apply to reviews ordered from Vidimus, operated by Serena Park in Seoul, Republic of Korea (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. The service
We review marketing content intended for Korean audiences (copy, images, video and similar assets) and deliver a written report with findings and suggested changes (“Review”). Reviews are professional opinions based on our experience in Korean marketing and culture.
2. Scope
Each package covers the number and type of assets described on our pricing page at the time of your order. Work outside that scope, such as full translation, extra assets or additional revision rounds, is quoted separately.
3. Your responsibilities
- You confirm you have the right to share the content you submit with us.
- You provide accurate context (audience, channels, product facts) and working links.
- You make the final decision on what you publish, and remain responsible for it.
4. Not legal or regulatory advice
Notes about claims, disclosures, labeling or regulations are informational flags to help you decide what to double-check. They are not legal advice. For legal certainty, consult a qualified professional in Korea.
5. No guarantee of outcome
We review carefully, but we cannot guarantee that content will be free of all criticism, platform rejection or regulatory action, or that it will achieve particular business results.
6. Delivery times
Delivery times are in business days: Monday to Friday, Korea Standard Time (UTC+9), excluding Korean public holidays. They start once payment is confirmed and all assets are accessible to us.
7. Payment
Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as PayPal; we never see or store your full card details. You are responsible for any bank or currency-conversion fees charged by your own provider.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all submitted materials as confidential, use them only to perform your Review, and delete them within 30 days of delivery unless you ask us to keep them longer. We will sign a reasonable NDA on request.
9. Intellectual property and portfolio
You keep all rights to your content. Once paid, you may use our suggested wording and report freely. We will not name you as a client or show your work publicly without your written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a Review is limited to the amount you paid for that Review. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or reputational harm.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it, in line with Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where applicable, the GDPR.
What we collect
- Order details: name, email, company, website, campaign information and the links or files you share.
- Payment confirmation: payer name, email, amount and transaction ID from our payment provider. We never receive full card numbers.
- Correspondence: emails and messages you send us.
Why we use it
To perform and deliver your Review, communicate with you, issue invoices and receipts, and meet tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers who process data on our behalf, some of them outside Korea (for example in the United States):
- Website hosting: Cloudflare
- Order form delivery: Formspree
- Payments: PayPal
- Email: Google (Gmail / Google Workspace)
How long we keep it
Review materials are deleted within 30 days of delivery. Order and payment records are kept for as long as Korean tax law requires (generally 5 years), then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its processing, by emailing us. We respond within 10 business days.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our payment provider may set cookies needed to process payments securely.

Refund Policy
- Before we start: cancel anytime for a full refund.
- After delivery: if the report doesn’t cover what your package includes, tell us within 7 days and we’ll complete or revise it at no cost. If we still can’t make it right, we’ll refund you in full.
- Late delivery: if we miss the delivery time we committed to, the rush fee (if any) is refunded automatically, and you may request a 20% refund of the package price.
- Ongoing plans: cancel anytime before your next billing date. Unused assets don’t roll over.
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. To request one, email [email protected] with your order ID.
